¶1 Jaime Romero appeals from a judgment of conviction based on a guilty plea entered after the trial court denied his motion to suppress evidence seized during the execution of a search warrant, pursuant to WIS. STAT.§ 971.31(10) (2005-06).*fn1 Romero contends that the affidavit submitted by law enforcement in support of the search warrant did not establish probable cause for issuance of the warrant. We agree and reverse.
